Privacy Policy

The short version
- We collect what we need to run your membership: your contact details, payment confirmation, your health questionnaire and what you log in the coaching app.
- Your health answers are used only to build your plan and to check that it is safe for you to start. We never sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
- A small number of trusted providers help us (hosting, payments, automation, the coaching app, email), with legal safeguards in place.
- You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time: email hello@drdockus.com.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Scientific Chemical Trading FZ LLC (trading as Dr. Dockus), a free-zone company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, licence No 47029897, is responsible for your personal data (the "controller"). We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. What we collect

4. Your health information
Health information is sensitive personal data under UAE law, so we give it extra protection:
- We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent boxes in the questionnaire.
- We use it only to build your plan, to keep it safe and to coach you. We never sell it, and never use it for advertising.
- Safety screening: our questionnaire uses fixed safety rules. If an answer needs a doctor's attention, the start of your plan is paused automatically and Dr. Dockus reviews your answers personally before anything else happens. No decision to refuse you is made by the rules alone.
- Your full answers stay with us. The coaching app receives only what it needs to set up your plan (name, email, plan, chosen programme, goal, experience and training days).
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This does not affect what we did before, but without your health information we cannot provide a personalised plan, so we would have to end the membership (see our Terms).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and only as much as they need:

If our business is ever transferred to another company, your data may be transferred with it under the same protections.
6. International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and some of our providers store data on servers outside the UAE. When data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so only as UAE data protection law allows, relying on the contractual data-protection safeguards our providers offer or on your explicit consent. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Questionnaire and coaching data: for as long as your membership lasts, then for 2 years in case you return or raise a question, after which we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
- Payment and invoice records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 7 years in the UAE).
- Emails and messages: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we need them longer for a complaint or legal claim.
- Website server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
8. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to look after you, and we work only with established providers that maintain recognised security standards. Review links sent to Dr. Dockus are signed, so they cannot be guessed or altered. If a data breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted (unless we must keep it by law);
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time; and
- not be subject to decisions made only by automated means that significantly affect you.
To use any of these rights, email hello@drdockus.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days.
10. How to complain
Please contact us first and we will try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.
11. Cookies and your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on our website. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with it. While you fill in the questionnaire, a draft of your answers is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you do not lose your progress; it is removed when you submit. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments safely and prevent fraud.
12. Children, marketing and changes
- Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
- We send marketing emails only if you subscribe to our newsletter, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will email members before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
